Part of Our Sanctuary: Ocean of Voices, Refugee Week is just the beginning of the Our Sanctuary: Ocean of Voices, an Arts Council England-supported project celebrating migration, belonging, and community. The stories and connections made before and during this week will serve as the foundation for the next two phases: the pioneering virtual reality experience Without Culture and the immersive installation of A Sea of Words for Portsmouth, bringing stories of migration to life through participatory art and digital storytelling.
